The Association, by sharing practical court experiences and offering "How To" procedure manuals, enhances the likelihood of successful pursuit of landlord/tenant matters in our local District Courts.

Education
One of the most important benefits of membership in the Association is education. In addition to our monthly newsletter, monthly seminars cover topics such as finding properties, financing, law, repairs, accounting, tax issues, purchases and sales. Through networking our members share their experiences to offer a practical education. No one lives long enough to make all their own mistakes. R.E.I.A.L. is also an active member of Mr. Landlord, a national group of real estate associations. The web site, www.Mr.Landlord.com is a valuable resource of information for landlords.
Rental Forms
The Association offers standardized, attorney approved, court, rental and leasing forms to membersat a minimal cost. Help in completing these forms is also available. Forms are available at our monthly seminars or at our meetings.

Legislative
The Association is continually on the alert for new regulations affecting landlords. Proposed regulations are reviewed promptly and opinions are made known to the proper local, state or federal public officials. The Association takes a positive approach to improve laws concerning such matters as zoning, building codes, housing standards, rental laws, evections, etc.
Newsletter
Membership includes a subscription to the monthly newsletter which contains information of interest to landlords and real estate investors.
Monthly Speakers
Special speakers are featured at our monthly meetings addressing topics on landlording, propertymaintenance, and money saving issues. Helpful tips and membership discounts are also offered.
